We appreciate your business and we are dedicated to your satisfaction. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item or request a refund for services rendered. Our policy for returns and refunds are as follows:

1. Return Policy for Merchandise:

- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Policy for Services:

- For service-related refunds, a request must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.

- Please explain the reason for your refund request in detail. This helps us to understand the situation better and work on improvements.

3. Investigation Process:

- Once we receive your item or refund request for services, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item or service refund request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item or investigating the service-related complaint.

- We will typically complete our investigation within 7-10 days, but it may take longer in some cases.

4. Refund Process:

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions:

- Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include digital downloads, personalized items, and perishable goods.
